The bottle lamps: the ultimate recycling concept, using used bottles of wine and liquor, their labels faded in white and, completed by hand, adding the necessary classic elements to become a traditional lamp.

Martin Margiela, a name synonymous with creativity, individuality, and amazing clothes. For those of you familiar with the brand, you’ll notice that Margiela’s collections are numbered as a form of categorizing. Enter Line 13, started in 1999, a collection of objects.

“White Objects,” Line 13′s 2009 fall/winter collection “is part of the global project of interior design and architecture that Maison Martin Margiela is developing for the near future.” The objects, which debuted at the Salone de Mobile in Milan this year, include calendars, pens, Matriochka dolls and bottle lamps.

Maison Martin Margiela Line 13 2009 fall/winter collection will be available in Margiela stores October 2009.
